Usher previewed his take on “I’m Spent” during an Instagram Live this week, Complex reported November 3. The outlet says he sang along and said Drake and Loe Shimmy should connect on the song.
The original appeared on Drake’s May album, Habibti.
“I’m Spent” first appeared on Drake’s Habibti in May, during the three-album rollout he launched at once. Complex notes that Habibti later received a reissue alongside Drake’s FOMO short film, with additional tracks added.
An official release for Usher’s version has not been announced, and the report gives no release date. For now, the tease is a preview of a possible remix, not a confirmed new single.
