Reading and navigation
The site includes a skip link, labeled navigation and search, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, and responsive layouts. Images include text alternatives, and decorative artwork is hidden from assistive technology.
Video
Article videos play when selected. Player controls pause playback, change volume or enter full screen. The Links page has three performances with swipe, named selection buttons and keyboard controls. Each has a short muted preview and a Close preview control. Decorative bars settle in under five seconds. Reduced motion keeps the cover static; an explicit Preview selection remains available. Captions and other playback features depend on the original provider.
Release timeline
The release calendar scrolls as part of the page and automatically reveals earlier entries near the end. Details expand with a click or Enter; format filters work with a keyboard. A Load earlier fallback is available in browsers without automatic-loading support, and all entries remain available without JavaScript. Motion follows your device preference. Music players load only when selected. The homepage release rail moves gently while visible. Interaction pauses it for seven seconds; a Pause control stops it until you choose Resume. Keyboard focus, reduced motion and data saver stop automatic movement.
Free guide workbooks
Free Guides provides selectable-text PDFs with bookmarks, linked sources and editable response fields. A PDF reader with form support is needed to save worksheet responses; you can also print the pages and write by hand. The email form and optional newsletter choice work with a keyboard and without JavaScript. Related Rap Guides are available as website articles. PDF and embedded-player behavior varies by reader or provider.
