Ye says Jakarta crowd was loud after “Heartless” clip

Complex reported that a circulating clip from Ye’s October 24 Jakarta concert showed him stopping and restarting “Heartless” as he directed how the audience sang. Some viewers read the repeated resets as trolling, the outlet said.
The October 24 show was his first concert in Indonesia
Ye replied to a post about the performance on X, saying the crowd was very loud and calling the moment “rock and roll,” according to Complex. His response rejected that interpretation while making clear how he described the room.
The show at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium was Ye’s first Indonesian concert and the only Southeast Asian stop on a tour tied to Bully, Complex reported. The outlet put attendance at about 78,000 and described a 360-degree Globe Stage.
