Los Angeles artist fats’e released “RIB VAULTS” on November 4. The official Bandcamp page lists 17 songs, identifies it as the artist’s fifth solo album, and now offers the complete digital album for streaming and download.

The artist’s own Bandcamp tags stretch from emo rap to folk and art rock

The release page gives the record a long, specific timeline: fats’e says the songs were written and recorded from July 2023 through September 2026 in home studios around Los Angeles where the artist had lived. One exception is named directly: “how many miles does the crow fly” was written and recorded in a hotel in Germany.

Instead of presenting the project under one narrow sound label, the artist’s Bandcamp tags include emo rap, digicore, emo folk, art rock and math rock alongside alternative and folk. The listed track lengths run from 1:43 to 8:28, giving the 17-song set a wide range of durations without requiring listeners to take the genre tags as a formal track-by-track description.

The credits put vocals, guitar, bass, drums, synths, mixing and mastering under fats’e’s name, and the artist says the cover was painted by them. Bandcamp lists the album for digital purchase as well as app streaming and high-quality download; the full track list and credits are available on the artist’s release page.
