Swae Lee sells Miami-area home with 15-car garage for $4.35 million
The property closed $1.045 million below its asking price; the sale figure alone does not show what Lee cleared.

Swae Lee has sold his South Miami-area home for $4.35 million, XXL reported Oct. 20, citing Mansion Global’s Oct. 19 account. Property records cited by Mansion Global show Lee bought it through a business agent in April 2023 for $4.25 million, then listed it for $5.395 million in July.
A seven-bedroom estate, below its July asking price
The sale came in $1.045 million under that asking price. It is only $100,000 above the earlier purchase price before costs, so those figures do not establish a profit or tell us what Lee received after expenses.
The home spans 7,831 square feet on 1.22 acres. Mansion Global describes a five-bedroom main house with an attached two-bedroom guest wing, plus a 15-car garage with seven bays and automated lifts, an 11-seat theater, a wine cellar, pool and basketball and tennis courts.
