Lil Durk’s November 4 bond hearing in Los Angeles ended without a ruling, Complex reported November 5. U.S. District Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald heard arguments and said he would decide after further consideration; MyNewsLA also reported no immediate ruling.

Reports say the bond question remains open in a separate federal case

The defense proposed a package involving future recording, publishing and touring income, plus a Sony Music offer of up to $1 million toward an appearance bond, according to MyNewsLA. Prosecutors opposed release, arguing the package would not guarantee Durk’s appearance and that he remained a danger to witnesses. Those are positions presented at the hearing, not findings by the court.

The request concerns the pending racketeering and firearms case, separate from the murder-for-hire case in which Durk was acquitted. MyNewsLA reported the separate trial is scheduled for next summer; the bond question remains open.
