Jay-Z opened his two-night JAŸ-Z30 stop at Inglewood’s SoFi Stadium on Friday, October 23, with Blue Ivy Carter on piano and Scarface as a guest. The show was part of a 30-year career celebration, according to the venue and the Los Angeles Times.

The opening night paired a family cameo with a Houston rap reunion

Complex and the Times both reported that Blue Ivy played piano during two songs with her father. They agree on “The Story of O.J.” but identify the other track differently: Complex lists “Dead Presidents,” while the Times says “Dead Presidents II.”

Scarface joined Jay-Z for “This Can’t Be Life” and the Geto Boys’ “Mind Playing Tricks on Me,” both outlets reported. Complex also said DJ Khaled performed “God Did” and John Legend made a guest appearance.

The Times counted parts of nearly three dozen songs across a two-hour set backed by a live band. SoFi’s schedule set the second Los Angeles date for October 24 at 8 p.m. PT, following Friday’s opening show.
