50 Cent asked a Miami-Dade County judge for a temporary injunction against Tia Kemp on October 26, as their online dispute over posts about his minor son escalated into a court filing. Complex reported the request on October 27, citing TMZ’s report from the previous day; TMZ said it had reviewed the petition.

A request, not a ruling

According to TMZ’s account of the petition, Jackson wants a temporary order against stalking, cyberstalking or harassment, with a final injunction to be considered after a hearing. Those are allegations in the filing, not findings by a court. Neither report described a ruling on the request.

TMZ said it had reached out to Kemp and had not heard back when its October 26 story was published. Baller Alert also reported that Kemp answered in a TikTok video, saying she would not be bullied and accusing Jackson of starting the dispute. That response does not establish the petition’s claims or determine what a judge will do.
