Complex reported on Nov. 4 that GloRilla answered a user who reacted to a “Jiggly Bow Bow” teaser with Sexyy Red by writing, “We kindly told y’all to keep this.” GloRilla replied that she does what she wants and told listeners who do not like the song not to play it. The original poster answered “ily2,” the outlet reported. The exchange was about a preview, not a review of the finished record.
Her answer to one critic was simple: do not press play
The song’s teaser had been circulating since August, according to Complex, but the release now has a date attached: the outlet reports “Jiggly Bow Bow” is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 6. That remains an announced date as of publication; the track was not yet available when this story was filed.
The rappers have collaborated before. Complex notes that both appeared with Lil Wayne on “Sticky,” a track from Tyler, the Creator’s “CHROMAKOPIA.” After months of teasing, the finished record—not one reaction to a snippet—will give listeners something concrete to judge.
