Doja Cat urged rap and hip-hop fans to listen to Doechii’s “BOMBS,” Complex reported on October 13, citing a post from Monday afternoon, October 12. Doechii answered with “Listen to her yall!”
A 2023 tour connection
There’s a little history behind the shout-out: Doechii opened for Doja during the 2023 Scarlet Tour, Complex noted. “BOMBS” is Doechii’s first solo release of 2026; it also brings back Swamp Sessions, the format that led into Alligator Bites Never Heal and produced “Nissan Altima” and “Catfish.”
