Spotify launched Fresh Finds Forward on September 17, saying the program will support about 10,000 emerging independent artists each year. Eligible artists added to a Fresh Finds playlist from January 1, 2026 onward can opt in for 12 months of benefits.
What artists get
The offer includes studio sessions for U.S.-based artists at locations including Electric Lady in New York and Spotify Studios in Los Angeles. Spotify also lists access to LANDR Studio Pro and Splice’s Creator Plan, networking events, and early access to selected platform features.
Eligible artists receive invitations through Spotify for Artists. For artists seeking a first Fresh Finds placement, Spotify points to its upcoming-release pitching tool. Joining the support program still depends on eligibility and a playlist selection.
