Young Miko, Bad Gyal and OMERTA share the Latin GRAMMY album ballot
The urban categories also put Ryan Castro, Milo J and Daddy Yankee in the mix.
Young Miko’s Do Not Disturb: Late Checkout and Bad Gyal’s Más Cara are on the 2026 Latin GRAMMY ballot for Best Urban Music Album. They’re joined by J Balvin and Ryan Castro’s OMERTA, Beéle’s Borondo (5020 Rcrds Sessions), and KAROL G’s Tropicoqueta, according to Univision’s complete nominee list.
Albums and performances have separate fields
The performance categories bring another set of pairings. Best Urban Performance includes Ryan Castro, Kapo and Gangsta’s “La Villa,” Milo J and Trueno’s “Gil,” and Bizarrap’s session with Daddy Yankee. Best Reggaeton Performance includes Rauw Alejandro, Wisin and Ñengo Flow’s “Contrabando,” plus Bad Gyal and Chencho Corleone’s “Choque.”
Those are nominations, with winners still to come. The 27th ceremony is scheduled for November 12 at Las Vegas’s MGM Grand Garden Arena. The Academy’s urban nominee video is available above; Univision’s full list has the remaining categories.
