K. Michelle sets three shows around Jesus & Whiskey
The New Orleans opener lands on the album’s Oct. 16 release day, with Dallas and Houston following.
K. Michelle will launch Jesus & Whiskey Weekend on October 16, the release date for her first country album, with three shows over three nights. BBR Music Group’s October 7 announcement lists the Fillmore New Orleans on the opening night, followed by House of Blues Dallas on October 17 and House of Blues Houston on October 18.
Three cities, three nights
The label says the sets will pair songs from the new album with selections from across her catalog. Audience members who buy Jesus & Whiskey at a show will be eligible for a special meet-and-greet. BBR’s announcement links to tickets for all three dates.
Jesus & Whiskey is K. Michelle’s seventh studio album and has nine songs. BBR says it will arrive through Real Outlawz Records under exclusive license to This Is Hit, which operates as BBR Music Group. Its tracklist includes the previously released title song and “Yodel.”
