Sarz leads the 2026 Hennessy Cypher with a lineup that brings together Tenor, Suspect 95, Yanga Chief, Kwesi Arthur, Fena Gitu and ENNY. Released August 7, the performance connects artists from Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, South Africa, Ghana, Kenya and the UK, according to Billboard Africa’s Hennessy partnership feature.
A shared beat across six scenes
The six vocalists join the Nigerian producer on a shared beat. This edition includes two Francophone artists, Tenor and Suspect 95, broadening the mix of languages and scenes represented in the series.
Hennessy launched the cypher in Nigeria in 2011. Its 2025 lineup included Kabza De Small, Femi One, Ms Banks, Blaqbonez, Jaivah and Joey B; the 2026 edition returns with a new cast. Watch the official performance above.
